I-405 to I-90 ramp reopens after garbage truck crash

The ramp from northbound Interstate 405 to eastbound Interstate 90 reopened after an overturned truck closed it for several hours Thursday morning. The vehicle was carrying garbage, which spilled across the roadway after the crash. According to the Washington State Patrol, no one was injured and no other vehicles were involved. The state Department of Transportation reported the crash at about 4:20 a.m. and announced that traffic had resumed at approximately 9:15 a.m.
