The second round of talks between the Venezuelan government and a delegation from the National Assembly elected in 2015 has begun in Venezuela. The agenda includes institutional and political guarantees, the development of priority agreements, and measures to overcome the national crisis. The sides also plan to resume discussions on deepening judicial reform and renewing the membership of the Supreme Court—issues that were already raised during the first meeting, held in August.
