Unequal Protection: Arab Communities in Israel Lack Shelters

In Israel there is a deep disparity in ensuring citizens' safety during rocket attacks, with the Arab population suffering significantly more than the Jewish population. As Israeli writer Ilan Amit notes, nearly half (46%) of the country's Arab citizens do not have access to protected bomb shelters, putting them in direct danger.
