Seattle Events: August 23–30, 2026

The final week of August promises Seattle and the surrounding area a packed schedule for music, sports, art and family fun. The city will host concerts by Cake, Muse and Take 6, the Sundiata Festival, street parties, film screenings and food walks. Bellevue will welcome fans of board games and toy ponies, Monroe will host the large Evergreen State Fair, and the coast will feature kite-flying, blues and Polynesian cultural festivals. Ongoing events include Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, games by the Seattle Mariners, Seattle Sounders and Seattle Storm, Venardos Circus, sunflower season and chamber concerts by the Olympic Music Festival.
